I must admit this was an easy month! As you recall, I chose to do the woven wire necklace from a kit I had purchased. I actually finished this 18" necklace in one evening. It isn't perfect, but for a first try I was quite pleased. I think if I had it to do over I would have purchased the kit for the woven wire bracelet. I feel the technique would make a better bracelet than necklace due to the stiffness of the finished piece. Although you can shape it somewhat, it is pretty stiff. I am encouraged, however, to try this technique again at some future time. I hope you are inspired to experiment with a new technique for whatever craft you enjoy!

April Challenge - Woven Wire Necklace Kit
I was torn between trying this new kit I purchased (on sale) for wire weaving or some sort of peyote stitch bead project. I chose to try this kit because it looked like fun and it has been sitting on my dining room table screaming at me to pick it up and try it out. I have worked quite a bit with various wires both at my previous job and at home in my play room. We'll see how I do with this.
It is the 7th of April already, so I am running behind. I am anxious and excited to get started! Keep checking back to see the completed project hopefully before the end of the month!
