Chevron Stitch for TAST, week 6

Chose pink and lavender this week which are tints of last week's colors of red and lavender. Last week thoughts of Red Hat Society and this week left me with thoughts of Easter. Notice I refrained from stitching a hat last week and no Easter eggs or baskets this week although this stitch would make up a nice basket texture.

I had fun with this stitch and pulled away from doing more. I like to leave room on the tags so that if something comes to me later on I can add it to the tag. Of course I had to do trees again. I actually did them 3 different ways with the same stitch.

It looks like spring. And I love those trees!
Nice stitching, Connie! Is that rick-rack you've couched with the chevron? Neat idea. Might steal..errr..borrow that one for my CQJP. lol

These tags are turning out to be just perfect for the TAST! You were a smart cookie to come up with them.

I agree with Suz, I may have to steal that rick rack idea too.
