This is a photo of a cabin owned by friends of ours. It is a beautiful setting with the cabin tucked away in the mountain side. It is such a peaceful place. There are lots of hummingbirds, deer and other wild life that visit the cabin regularly. Our friends are so generous and share it with us from time to time when we visit. We wanted to do something in return to thank them for their hospitality. 
I decided to do a painting of the cabin as a gift. I am trying to decide if I need to do some more work to the painting. Let me know what you think.
I love the tree in front. It has got to be one of the curviest trees I have ever seen. The deck was built around it. The view looking from this deck out at the mountain peaks and valley below with few neighbors in sight is absolutely stunning.
By the way...SURPRISE Butch and Debi! Something to put out when certain company comes :-)
