Here are a couple of Needle Tatting techniques I had never seen before - Split Rings and Josephine Chains. I love video instruction, especially since I live in an area that doesn't offer many classes.

Oh thank you very much for this video link. I am intent on learning how to tat. I have tried shuttle with no good results. I have tried needle with a minimum of possibility. Why Oh Why didn't I pay attention and learn decades ago when my Grandma and her friends were tatting?!! Blessings and Peace and Joy for all of 2015...
I needle tat cannot use the shuttle at all and yes know both these stitches and use the josephine knot but a variation on my crazy blocks
