I thought I would share my bead journal project for June. I'm pretty happy with this one and feel like I am progressing each month. Because I am also taking part in TAST (Take A Stitch Tuesday) and CQJP (Crazy Quilt Journal Project), I have not had as much time as I would like to experiment with this bead embroidery project using seed beads to create lace. I do hope to continue experimenting more even after the bead journal project for this year is over. Hopefully I'll have more time to take it to the next level.
I would love to get your feedback, to hear any ideas or suggestions you might have. Thanks so much for stopping by!
I had to click on the picture before I believed it was actually done with beads! It really looks like delicate lace.
ReplyDeleteConnie your bead work is immaculate, looking forward to seeing it grow.
ReplyDeleteI must agree this month's example is beautiful and so delicate. I think that is what makes it so pretty the light airy feel to it. Connie you did a really nice job. I congratulate you for keeping up with all you do.
