Weekly TAST and April's BJP
Here is my April BJP. I am exploring creating lace motifs using seed beads in order to gain experience in bead embroidery.
TAST for this week is Wheatear Stitch. Below is my tag for this week. This is a stitch I really enjoy using.
Your beaded lace is very pretty. I can see this as a necklace, or along the top of a pretty blouse. Nice use of the wheatear. It's a new-to-me stitch so I had fun exploring.
Lovely sample Connie! I've not attempted this stitch so need to give it a go.

When I saw that the TAST stitch was wheatear my first thought was to see how Connie would translate it into a tree. You didn't disappoint me!!
ReplyDeleteYour beaded lace is so delicate and precise. Lovely!
