Elizabeth, I have an eraser so I don't worry if it is right, I just do it~lol. Lauri, I can't imagine having that fish emulsion in the house! It's horrible smelling. It was bad enough trying to get the smell out of the garage. However did you do it?Connie Eyberg Originalshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12310132698513467232noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7250646709318263909.post-11977405266207013892012-05-13T08:28:48.008-05:002012-05-13T08:28:48.008-05:00Connie,Beautiful sketches!I like the last sketch,t...Connie,Beautiful sketches!I like the last sketch, the details are lovely. I have a small fish tank just for the purpose of watering house plants. You are so right that playing is much more important than stitching. Stitching will keep and be there forever, but those sweet girlies won't.
DebMosaic Magpiehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08715004978582753127noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7250646709318263909.post-29335628147191592462012-05-05T16:36:58.087-05:002012-05-05T16:36:58.087-05:00Your sketches are beautiful Connie. When I came home from work the one day, I found that my dog had gotten the bottle out, which was plastic, and ran through the house with it. It sprayed everywhere! As soon as you mentioned fish emulsion, the smell automatically came back to me. It took forever to clean the mess and get the house back to smelling normal again.
Anyway, love the sketches!Lauriehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03748075364992710186noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7250646709318263909.post-61563102853999540562012-05-05T13:55:50.983-05:002012-05-05T13:55:50.983-05:00Beautiful sketches, reminds me of a farm I would v...Beautiful sketches, reminds me of a farm I would visit in MN.Wildflowerhousehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15897609431263814815noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7250646709318263909.post-55648058986530109492012-05-05T02:39:07.004-05:002012-05-05T02:39:07.004-05:00People are FAR more important than blogging challe...People are FAR more important than blogging challenges, so yes, you made the right decision.=)

Love your sketches! I really should do things like that as I'll never improve if I don't get more practice!
